Terms and Conditions (MR Coursat)

1. Acceptance and Definitions

1.1. Binding Agreement: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (User or Instructor) and MR Coursat (“the Platform” or “We”), an online educational platform. These Terms govern your use of our website mrcoursat.com and all services and courses made available through it.

1.2. Acceptance: By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies referenced herein (including the Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. User Accounts and Registration

2.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and enroll in courses.

2.2. Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and assume full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) and Ownership

3.1. Platform Content Ownership: All platform assets, including the MR Coursat logo, trademarks, website design, and code, are the exclusive property of MR Coursat or our licensors.

3.2. Instructor Content Ownership (CRITICAL): Instructors retain all intellectual property rights and ownership of their submitted course content.

3.3. Limited License (Students): Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

4. Instructor Terms and Relationship

4.1. Independent Contractor Status: Instructors are engaged by MR Coursat as independent contractors and are not employees, partners, or agents of the Platform.

4.2. Content License: By submitting content, the Instructor grants MR Coursat a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to host, market, sell, and sublicense the content to students.

4.3. Revenue Share: Instructors are entitled to receive 60% of the net revenue generated from the sale of their courses.

4.4. Content Warranty: The Instructor warrants that they are the sole owner of all submitted content and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of any third party.

4.5. Payouts: Payouts will be processed monthly upon meeting the specified payout threshold, through authorized payment gateways (Paymob) or bank transfer, as agreed.

5. Payment, Pricing, and Refund Policy

5.1. Pricing and Currency: Course prices are subject to change. The primary currency for all transactions is the Egyptian Pound (EGP).

5.2. Secure Payment: All payments are processed through secure payment gateways (Paymob, PayPal, etc.) and we do not store full credit card details.

5.3. Refund Policy (14 Days): We offer a 14-day, 100% money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted within this 14-day period. Earnings affected by refunds will be deducted from the respective Instructor’s subsequent payouts.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

6.1. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or interferes with the use of the Platform by others.

6.2. Immediate Termination Due to Violations: MR Coursat reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account (User or Instructor) without prior notice for any of the following severe violations:

• Intellectual Property Violation: Sharing, redistributing, or uploading course content on any external platform.
• Unauthorized Content (Strict Ban): The use, uploading, or sharing of any content that includes: (a) Any music or sound effects whatsoever; (b) Obscene, pornographic, indecent, or politically divisive content.

6.3. Effect of Termination: If your account is terminated due to a violation, you forfeit any right to a refund of fees paid or earned (in the case of Instructors).

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

7.1. Educational Disclaimer: MR Coursat makes no warranties or guarantees regarding specific professional or financial outcomes achieved through the use of the courses.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: MR Coursat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Arab Republic of Egypt.
