You may request a refund for any course you bought within 14 days of the purchase date, without giving a reason.
How much do you get back?
The full amount you paid, with no fees deducted.
When does this right no longer apply?
If you finished all the course lessons, or received the certificate of completion, before requesting the refund.

Include the email you used to buy, the course name, and the order number if you have it.
When and how is the money returned?
- We reply within 24 hours at most, Saturday to Wednesday.
- The money is returned by the same payment method (card or mobile wallet) within 7 days of your request.
- It may then take extra time to reach your account, depending on your bank or wallet.
After the refund
Access to the course is closed.
Your legal rights
This policy does not reduce any of your rights under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. If you have a complaint, you can contact the Consumer Protection Agency on its hotline, 19588.
